What a joke this company is. I went to see about a rental property. After touring they told me to simply fill out the application and either email it or fax it. I did so. They require a $50 fee for application. They only allow it to be paid in person. Or, we can send in a check, wait for it to clear, and then they will run the application. I live two hours away. This is unreal. Now they have my detailed records. I don't trust them one iota.

I am a business owner who rents space from Midland Management. I recently had a mishap in which monthly rent was doubled paid by accident thru my bank. Midland Management saw fit to deposit BOTH payments without appraising me of the overpayment. When it was brought to their attention on the 11th of September they saw fit to hold the refund for 3 weeks saying they would send refund check on the 26th.
