The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I appreciate the way they interacted with my daughter and helped her select glasses -- they turned it into such a positive experience! Dr. Kimball and Dr. Erickson both are simply awesome. I highly recommend this practice!

I was driving to the Detroit Airport from petoskey on a week long vacation and realized I left my contacts at home. I called Midland eye associates and told them of my predicament. All they needed from me was to have my prescription faxed over and they said they could help me out. When I arrived I showed up told them who I was and I was very pleasently greated and handed two trial packs of lenses, more than enough for my trip. What an amazing staff. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. They take wonderful care of you.
Very nice staff , didn't push to sell products and nor couldn't believe another place put me in bifocals when I don't need them!!! Love This place and their honesty!!!
Dr. Kimball and the staff sure do know how to make a non-perfect vision girl feel special! From the minute I step into the door, the customer service and treatment I receive is five star. Can't wait to get my new glasses - had everyone in the place helping to narrow down the perfect frames for this face. :)
My daughter's frames chipped and they replaced them for her. The staff went over and above to make sure she looked great in them and that they fit her properly. Thank you Dr. Kimball and Sheri, Nikki, Shawn, and Elizabeth for doing all you could to get her glasses replaced for her so quickly.
