I feel Midland Eye Associates does not properly bill patients" insurance in some cases and is very hard to deal with in this area.

Excellent Customer Service. I just had my first visit and was super impressed. The entire staff was very nice and inviting. The Doctor took his time discussing my vision issues and seemed to genuinely care. I look forward to having this place as my primary. :)
Dr.Kimball and the staff are excellent. They all show a care and concern for you as a person. Dr. Kimball especially shows care for special eye needs like diabetic patients, and explains why he checks things as far as what it means for your overall health.
I just had my eyes examined and the office visit was very good. No waiting, they were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I started going to Midland Eye Associates because the last place took to long, they didn't run their business very efficient, you might end up waiting an hour past your scheduled time before even seeing the doctor. All I can say is go to Midland Eye Associates, you won't regret it!
They entirety of the appointment was easy and comfortable. The staff is enormously friendly, and Dr. Erickson did a great job explaining, recommending, and consulting throughout. Very happy with my first experience here and looking forward to future interactions. Thanks!!!
