I was booked with Dr. Midgette when I called, but ended up with Dr. Paxton.
Dr Paxton fit me in on short notice, was compassionate about my concerns, and help alleviate my anxiety.
I was given an earlier appointment for dental cleaning. Due to coming in due to a cancellation, they gave me a $10 gift card which was totally unexpected.
Been going there for several years. Never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous the minute you walk in.
The entire practice is praiseworthy, to include the other dentists, dental hygienists and billing staff. Truly extraordinary!
Dr. Midgette and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our family has been seen at his practice for over 15 years and I recommend them to anyone who asks. The office staff is very efficient in everything from scheduling to insurance claims. The hygienists we have seen there are also very friendly. Hands down, Dr. Midgette is the best dentist in the entire Hampton Roads area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Midgette for about 2 years and always pleased with the care from Dr. Midgette and his staff. Always treated respectfully and courteously from the moment I arrive. Very short wait time for appointments, waiting room and in exam rooms. Dr. Midgette and staff never make you feel like they are rushed. Procedures, future dental plans etc. have always been explained thoroughly. Will continue to recommend this office to others. His staff is exceptional!
