Brittany was so cheerful and pleasant! She was very helpful and made our experience renting a U-haul at the last minute very easy! She deserves a raise!
When you’re getting signed up everything is great, however when you’re vacating the unit nobody is of need. You also HAVE TO pay for their insurance fee or you won’t have a unit and you’ll get charged an extra month for the unit if you do not give them a 30 day notice. So if you’re planning on moving go ahead and tell them to charge you extra for the previous month that way you don’t get hit with an unexpected bill
Customer service was beyond awesome. Brittany helped me and couldn’t have been nicer. I will use this facility anytime I can. Thanks!!!
