They hired John, who was a service manager at the time of incident. John advised the repair was fully covered when asked if the repair was covered via insurance or warranty. John was let go and Zach finished up the claim which was not fully covered. I filed a claim with Deere as there was a DTAC/bulletin that was not shared with me, which would have prevented the accident. Deere pushed it over to Middletown. I dropped the claim on Middletown. I’ve bought two units from these guys over the years. Recently, I had my Ventrac serviced. A tiny mistake was made where the hydraulic fluid reservoir accidentally got overfilled. I thought I had a busted line or heavy leak, so I called. They sent a tech out to my house immediately at no charge, and he explained what happened. I thought, “Okay cool” and thanked him for coming. Tyler Tinney was excellent and extremely responsive when driving out to our house to perform maintenance on our tractor. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our tractor care!
