Had a great experience with the Buckhannon service dept. John was very helpful when I told him we had a hyd leak on a 1025R tractor he said they were backed up 4-5 weeks but called me back and said he could send a tech to my house that day .Tyler (service tech) came to the house that day acessed the issue and said he would be back asap to repair .He returned the next day and repaired the issue. The staff are very helpful and friendly. In the service department they suffer from poor scheduling skills, which makes it difficult to have equipment serviced in a timely manner.
