Do not move here. My girlfriend and I have had nothing but problems since moving into this this complex. First of all, the apartments are in extremely rough shape and we've had constant maintenance and bug issues. Our next door neighbor puts out bird seed/bread to feed the animals and food is scattered everywhere. We've told management several times and nothing has been done about it. Think Twice! I agree completely with another post "Luxury price but bad quality". Everything he/she wrote is TRUE! In addition, if you have a different sleeping schedule other than 10pm to 5am, think twice! Be prepared to be woken up every morning at 5am by all kinds of noises from your neighbors.

Proper expectations elevate living experience. I have lived here for over a year, and setting proper expectations is key to the experience you have. The employees are hard working and informative, polite and professional. They do there best work when they are doing the jobs for which they were hired, and I have seen real professionalism in the face of being treated poorly by tenants that have issues with the leasing company. Roach Problem and more... Lived in the apartments for a few years and the roach problem was never fixed. Neighbors informed me that they always had this problem and extermination would come every so often once reaching the office and explaining to them that the insects are not gone. Neighbors have lived with this issue for about 10 years, my rent went up, always had to call maintenance to get something fixed. If you choose this place... From the very beginning management was clear that they do what they want and are not willing to work with you. When I asked for corporate information, I never received the information. Make sure you do the walk through at the end or they will find a way to charge you for things in the apartment. The entire time we had neighbors yelling at their kids and an unfortunate odor that came from the apartment below us. For the price, you can get a better deal elsewhere.
Molds molds Don't even try, it looks clean outside but a lot of molds and stinky smell coming from sewer, one of the maintence guy named Jimmy says the plumbing in the base always have issues. If I can put 0 review I will. A lot of residents are leaving or not paying rents. Another issue is the laundry. Very disgusting place located in the basement, always flooded.
Can’t wait to move in! My granddaughter and I had been looking for our forever home since 2016. But no place had clicked. The neighborhood had to be just right and the schools great. Our best bet was our home town, Langhorne. We tried a few other cities. They were too expensive or just didn’t feel safe. I knew when I signed the application. Luxury price but bad quality On the surface everything looks fine, but we kept running into issues. The floors sound a 100 years old and you can hear every footstep from the floor above you. If there are pets or kids, good luck not getting into constant arguments with the neighbor. I've lived in many apartments before, but it was never this bad. We've heard this from multiple residents. Thank You! I just wanted to personally thank you guys for having the WORST customer service EVER! And thank you for making me and my husband go through so much crap trying to get you all of our paper work for you to lead us on the most exhausting waiting game! All of our back and forth for me to have to contact YOU for a NO. We found something WAY BETTER! and much cheaper.
