Do NOT move here PLEASE READ If you are looking to move please do not move into Middletown Trace. Last week there was a gas leak and it took maintenance HOURS to respond. Very dangerous. Then, over the weekend there was a leak in a pipe in the wall that has came out into our carpets. Our carpets have been pulled up and our kitchen will be getting torn apart. First floor nightmares Dont rent on the first floor. People walking up the stairs feels like earthquake! Every move is like stomping and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even a sneeze!! If they have a dog, forget about it!! The zoomies running around in circles and up and down stairs is awful!!!! Accumulates more dust as well. Rent is way too high to have this problem

Revolving door Lived there for 7 yrs and grounds kept nice and maintenance is on top of it. However, the rent is ridiculous and each year it goes up to the point where your forced to leave because you can't afford it!! The mandatory fee for pool, gym is also crazy!! The office was redone and gym upgraded & tenents have to pay for it. Don't use amenities but have to pay $150 on top of the outrageous increase of rent! Don't get upgraded apartment, not worth it!!

If you choose this place... From the very beginning management was clear that they do what they want and are not willing to work with you. When I asked for corporate information, I never received the information. Make sure you do the walk through at the end or they will find a way to charge you for things in the apartment. The entire time we had neighbors yelling at their kids and an unfortunate odor that came from the apartment below us. For the price, you can get a better deal elsewhere.

Can’t wait to move in! My granddaughter and I had been looking for our forever home since 2016. But no place had clicked. The neighborhood had to be just right and the schools great. Our best bet was our home town, Langhorne. We tried a few other cities. They were too expensive or just didn’t feel safe. I knew when I signed the application. Loved it here! We've lived here for about two years and we absolutely loved it. Maintenance is great, they're on time and considerate when they're in your home. The office ladies are great and have made time to talk with us in the past. They've addressed all of our concerns within hours as well as sit down and talk to us when needed to discuss a concern. its home I was so excited to move here. I always thought it was so beautiful. it is a nice complex. but it has issues like all others. Plumbing is an issue, termites, light switches turn lights on in a different room. They do immediately attend to the issue. The grounds are well kept and the recreational site are gorgeous. The floors in the apt are very squeaky and not level in some parts.

Middletown Trace I lived in Middletown Trace apartments for just over 1 year. It's a beautiful and quiet community. Everything is maintained very well. Management as well as the office staff are very professional. The residents are very friendly. I felt very happy and at home while living at Middletown Trace. The only reason I left is because I needed to move to Texas. Because of all the things I mentioned above I believe that Middletown Trace will continue be a great place to live.
