This is the weirdest local tax system I've ever seen. They asked for a lot of information when you pay and there is a $3 service fee on a $15 payment. I'm confused as to why I don't just pay these taxes annually with the rest of my taxes like every other county in every other state I'ved lived in.

was deployed when the school tax forms went out. need to write on this form that I'm in active duty to not pay tax every year. work causes me to miss 1 of the 7 yearly forms. wanted to get this fixed so I called the tax office. was told to it was collections problem. called collections was told to it was tax office's problem. end of the story I'm down 40$ and 3 hours of phone time.
