I have been there several times for MRI's the past few years and found the staff to be very capable and attentive. As for the MRI process itself, it's less "scary" than other MRI's I've had where you feel enclosed. I had the open MRI last week and it was easy. It helps that they pump in great music to help take your mind off the process. They are currently renovating and told me that they are adding to the procedures offered.
