Our office is accredited in Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Ultrasound. Plus, we offer extremely flexible hours to accommodate our patients' busy schedules and provide transportation for all MRI patients.

Called on a Monday to make an appointment, told I would be called back by end of day. No call. Called on Tuesday, again, same day call back to set an appointment. Again no call back. Called on a weds, told them I still didn’t receive a call. Asked to hold “to get a piece of paper” and waited close to 30 min. Just hung up. If this is the service pre appointment, can’t imaging what to expect when I actually have one. Don’t go here, if you even get an appointment at all.
I was extremely upset with this facility today. I had a scheduled appointment for 1:30. I said that when I walked in. This office can be very busy because they do take walk ins. This guy comes in with his daughter. He clearly looks not well and he was coughing. After all that is going on with this coronavirus, they should have requested him to wear a mask. They did not. this place is always an hour wait after appointment time. this will be the last time I come to this facility...last time was a fiasco too.
RecommendedExcellent staff Excellent technician report read in a timely manner . Great Hours clean place . Drove 45 minutes this was the only place that could take me right away as I fractured my arm . Would recommend this place and will return . Paperwork easy take all insurances . Claims submitted correctly. Friendly front desk . Thanks !
Excellent staff, amazing hours to fit anyone's schedule
I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Front desk unfriendly and not helpful. Appointments mean nothing. I pick up a much needed disk of brain MRI and CT carotid artery and first get the line... $25 charge even though we never received the initial disk. I was promised 3x both scans were on disk. Today at neurosurgeon’s office surgeon downloaded disk and NO MRI. We waited so long for this appt and Middletown Medical Imaging’s inadequate service put us at a huge disadvantage. Horrible. Apt was for 2:45pm, I got a call at 10:30am asking if I can go in early as the dr has to leave at 2:30pm. I said yes, 1:00pm. They said perfect. I got there before 1:00pm they thanked me for coming in early. I sat in the waiting area until 2:15pm waiting waiting waiting. I asked how much longer, I’m told at least 20 minutes. So 2:35? 10 minutes before my original apt. I changed my schedule to accommodate them and and they left me hanging. I took medication that now wore off. I walked out.
