Excellent state of the art facility with a very polite and caring staff! They even play your favorite music while doing your MRI 😁
We only use MMI because they are professional and have always took care of my daughter through her many MRI's over the years. The whole family wouldn't go anywhere else!
This was my second time at Middletown Medical Imaging in the last 2 months and it was an excellent experience. I've had many CAT scans and MRIs before but I've never felt so relaxed as I have at this facility. The waiting room is beautiful and relaxing and the front desk staff is professional and pleasant. very professional and efficient. nice waiting room and very little wait.
We had a two thirty appointment got a call in the morning because they were backlogged could we do three thirty instead I said ok no problem. We left at quarter to six and still did not get the MRI. Each time I asked about how much longer I got the run around and no straight answer. Finally at 5:45 I finally had to reschedule . Lets see how much wait time there is at the rescheduling. I feel two hours waiting was a bit too much. Especially when other people after us went in ahead of us.
I was extremely nervous ... first time ever getting MRI and the staff was very reassuring that I wasn't going to die in that tube!
