Had two new units installed a few months back and I wanted to give Team Middleton a big thumbs up! Middleton technician walk me though start to finish on my installs and also provided an exit inspections. Great job

Very poor customer service. Josh Goodman the service manager was extremely rude on the phone. They have been out to our house 3 times and the air conditioning is still not working properly. The technician that came the first 2 times was almost an hour late to each visit. The actual service manager came out the last visit and still did not fix the issue.

I had the opportunity to listen to the phone call that came in from Mrs. walker. I was in the dispatch office when the call came in. It is a shame that people can be so incredibly rude to us and I watch my service team politely take it. I hope she can can find someone that better match her needs.
Do *NOT* use this company!!! We couldn't give "no stars", but would if the system allowed. First time we tried to use them on a Sunday afternoon emergency. The tech called and said he would call back - never did. 10 days later we set an appointment through the regular dispatch. The morning of the appointment we were called and told we could have an earlier appointment - great! 24 hours later, we still haven't heard from dispatch or a technician. Middleton Heating and Air came out on one of the coldest days of the year to fix our aquatherm heater. The tech knew exactly what to do and taught me more about the system. I've had a hard time finding a company that knows the aquatherm system. I've now found one! Good price and great service!

Just had my units replaced today and the tech's were actually early and ready to work, they were friendly, clean and fast total change out was done so fast I didn't get to tell them great job. I'm impressed thanks for the heat..... We're going to need it tonite
