She ignored my diagnosis, saying "You don't have this disease", when I have it in writing in my medical record by 2 other doctors and my blood labs show I have the disease. At 58 and having lived in numerous states I've had a lot of PCP's. Mark Allara is - based on my first visit with him - one of the best. At my intake physical he took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle, my family situation ... THEN my medical history. He shared about himself and was thorough and courteous in the exam. Dr. Mann has been my GP for the last 10 years and I couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional care. She has always listened and never hesitated to follow up on any concerns. I have also been seen by others in the practice if I’ve needed a quick appointment and have really appreciated how well they respond to me.
Dr Mann is excellent. She is truly interested in her patients total health and takes the time necessary to address all questions and concerns.

I have been Dr. Allara’ s patient for over five years. He is an excellent physician and communicator. He is knowledgeable and stays up-to-date on latest medical developments. Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and takes a real interest in my well-being. I think the practice is one of the best in Massachusetts.
Dr. Allara is an excellent physician. The problem is with the office staff at his location. I've had a couple issues with office staff. On one occasion they caused a 3rd party lab to bill me at the wrong address resulting in the bill going to collections. On the most recent occasion they sent notice of an appointment for my son which was originally supposed to be for my daughter. Except that the appointment was rescheduled a long time ago. Dr. Mann is a perfect physician for me. She’s a great listener, takes plenty of time to answer all questions and gives advice that is easy to understand and makes sense. I’m extremely happy with her care and the efficiency of the whole practice.
Dr Allara has created the perfect one stop comfortable and friendly “home” for all medical needs. From scheduling appts or requesting meds it’s super quick and easy by calling or online. If your Dr is not available, there are other friendly professionals there to step in. Whatever my medical needs are- Dr Allara has a Doctor on-site for me to see! Also can get bloodwork and X-rays etc done there too They are there to accommodate you!
