I can't express the absolute wonderful care and professionalism this practice has. I was always petrified of dentists. Dr. Brainard and her staff are so caring and in tune with your fear and needs. I had to get dentures because my teeth were awful. The experience was scared me to death but Dr. Brainard bed side manner made me confident and all went well. Just had my yearly and all is good. Highly recommend this practice.
After experiencing a sudden tooth ache I called the office and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Brainard did her exam and arranged for further treatment with another doctor, all arrangements were made through them for the next day. Dr. Brainard's calm and gentle manner helped in this stressful time. There team of doctors and office staff are exceptional!
Excellent service consistently
My husband and I are so happy with Middlesex Dental. I’ll start with the office itself. It is immaculate and so beautiful and with equipment that is state of the art. The entire staff is both professional and warm. We travel from Guilford to Middletown to see our hygenists, dentists and periodontist. When we need to see specialists we trust their recommendations that we will be seeing the best. I feel I am not the easiest of patients. After over 30 years with a dental practice I loved, my dentist retired. After a year giving the new dentists and practitioners a chance, it was clear that I needed to start fresh. I looked at several offices in Middlesex County and struck the lottery when I visited Middlesex Dental Associates. Everything about this practice is top notch - from the immaculate space to the amazing staff and the exceptional Dr. Brainard - look no further. This practice is utterly amazing.

I’ve been with Middlesex dental Associates for over 20 years, I have hand dental work done, consisting of crowns cavities filled and tooth repaired And cleanings I wouldn’t think to go to anybody else. The Doctors an office receptionist are kind considerate don’t rush you answer all your questions and make you feel very comfortable when there working on your teeth there a state of the art practice the best
