A great dental experience!
The office was very clean and relaxing. Everyone I encountered was very kind. Having treatment after a long time not needing any was concerning to me. Dr Onofreo and his assistant Michelle were fantastic. Calm, caring and informative while they worked. My new filling is amazing!
As a retired dentist I feel qualified to comment on the quality of care I recently received from my dentist Dr Onofrio at Middlesex Dental Associates I was amazed at all the steps he took to perform two class five restorations for me. I have been going to this group for years. The office staff is efficient and friendly. The dentists and hygienists are thorough, painless and knowledgeable. The office is meticulously clean. Love watching the screen with ocean scenes. Very calming experience.
I have never had a Dentist that I have liked more in my life as well as the staff there they all make me Feel welcome and make sure I am comfortable during any procedure that is going on. They are also personable so they like to hear about your life and share about their life as well. The dental work they perform has been outstanding as I have not been the best person with my teeth since a young age, but I am getting back on track and they are helping me recommend them to anyone
At 10 PM as I was flossing my teeth, the floss caught under a ten-year-old crown and popped it off my tooth. The next morning at 8, I called Middlesex Dental Associates where I am a patient of Dr. Onofrio's and said that I would like to have the mildly uncomfortable problem attended to as soon as possible. Much to my surprise, they managed to fit me in at 9:30 that very morning, so just twelve hours after the crown popped off—most of which was spent while I was sleeping—the crown was again firmly seated back where it belonge... read more
Had my first cleaning and consultation. We went over records that were forwarded to them and discussed a plan for how best to proceed with future care. The hygienist was very caring and thorough and the doctor took plenty of time explaining things. Can’t really say enough about how clean and state of the art the facility is and how caring and kind the entire staff was. I left there with the feeling that I found a fantastic place for my future dental needs.
