I had a wonderful experience at Middlebrook Surgery Center. The staff was truly exceptional and compassionate, and the entire facility was impressively efficient. It's clear that the team takes great pride in their work, and their dedication to patient care shines through. I felt well-informed and cared for at every stage of my visit. I would absolutely recommend them.
They make an appointment for 9:30am. We show up at 9:10 and fill out the paperwork. Its been 2 hours and we're still waiting. This is absurd. I had to take off work for this. Now I have to take off more. If they can't see you, they should reschedule.
A very frustrating situation occurred that had nothing to do with the surgery center or doctor and the staff here are very understanding and patient. They got the situation resolved and were kind in the process despite my frustration with what was happening. Dr. Al-Tawil has excellent bedside manner, as well as being thorough in finding the cause of symptoms and listens to his patients and their concerns. He is an excellent doctor and took great care of our family. Thank you to Middlebrook Surgery Center and GI for Kids.
