Everyone was amazing from check in til we left. My son was nervous but every nurse was so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Danny, he was so kind and knowledgeable.
Never had the surgery. I was called Monday November 17th and told I was having surgery on Wednesday November 19th. I arrive, only to be told they needed either the $586.00 and some change or to set up an automatic payment. Was turned away because I could do neither. Staff was rude, asking several why don't you have a credit card questions. Would not simply bill me. What a horrible place. My daughter had her tonsils & adenoids removed here by Dr. White. The check in process (paperwork and copay payment) was quick. Once that was complete, we did end up waiting in the waiting room for about an hour & a half...Which seems so absurd. Why make everyone get there SO early if you aren't going to start bringing people back for surgery? Once we got to the back, things started moving quickly. Our experience at this surgery center was absolutely unacceptable. When checking in for my daughter’s procedure, we were incorrectly told we owed an $800 deductible—despite the fact that our insurance payout had already been fully met. The front desk staff member was rude, dismissive, and made a scene in front of my daughter, even threatening to cancel the surgery.
