This office went far above and beyond to try and make sure that I got some specialized healthcare that I needed. Thank you Jennifer Smith and staff! This is a busy office, and everyone is juggling several things at once, but when I had the need, they took the time to make it happen. This is very much appreciated.
Don't even deserve one star! Dr. Nordquist is not even there. We were half way through with the visit and they came in the exam room and said my insurance was invalid. I got home and called my insurance and there is no problem with my insurance! Incompetent employees sink ships!
Dr. Nordquist and staff are great. Dr. Nordquist is friendly, has a great bedside manor, and truly has is concerned with your overall health. He takes the time to sit and discuss your health and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
