This company installed a new hvac system that was supposed to be rated as a 16 seer unit, which mean that it saves energy and would qualify for government tax credit. They actually installed a 14 seer unit and tried to give me fake serial numbers to turn in to the government to illegally obtain the tax credit because my furnace and coil were turned down by the government.
