Let me tell ya something! Yupp!! Nicest people at the front desk, and in triage. The doctors are very good. I'm sure everyone knows this already, but I'm going to repeat it. They are VERY GOOD. The care I felt when I was in there made me not hate going to the doctors as much. They explained the diagnosis completely. They explained the treatment completely. They are a very, very good urgent care. They do not stop until they get to the root of your problem. They have very courteous and friendly staff at the front and the doctors are extremely thorough and friendly as well. I love middle creek.
I arrived here after working night shift right as they opened. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. They were all friendly. The young lady that took me to the exam took and took all my info was also very nice and attentive. Finally the doctor was amazing. Above and beyond a good listener and took the time to address all my questions. Too many times I've had doctors cut me off and would not let me give all details. I not only would recommend, but I already have.
Took my 92 year old mother there we were soooooo pleased they took time with her made us both feel comfortable and got to the root of her problems we were referred there by my sister Connie Horn best advice she could've given us but it's her mom too so she wanted the best for her
I’ve been to middle creek many times over the years and have never had a bad experience, today is no different in a bad arthritis flare I asked when checking in if Dr Flowers were their today and he was, I was so relieved. When Dr. Flowers came in and talked to me he asked me what worked for me before and listened to what I thought I needed (steroid & anti inflammatory) he agreed and added what he thought would help me in addition.
