Echoing what others have said - this place has gotten so much worse after MaineHealth takeover. We adore Dr. Hanna but the receptionists are horrible, communication with the office is a nightmare, and the website has zero helpful information regarding walk-in times and/or suggestions for scheduling appointments. I’ve been sick for over a year now and they still have no idea what I have. they make appointments multiple months apart and they barely answer their phone. there has been multiple times where they didn’t call I’m my proscription and I had to go without my medication. this place is a absolute joke I can’t believe they’re still open. a lot of people I know say this is the worst hospital in Maine and my father died because they took to long to diagnose him with a serious hart disease. if you are thinking of going here please d... read more
Word of advice to Maine Health/Mid coast, please consider hiring new receptionists!! I've been bringing my daughter to mid coast pediatrics for over a year now and I'm not exaggerating when I say I've not once had a pleasant experience with the front desk women. Receptionists are supposed to be the face of the company, well these ones are giving Mid coast pediatrics a very ugly face. I'm an incredibly patient person. They have messed up our billing multiple times, not charging our insurance. Maine Health really is probably the worst option you could go with.
Dr. Losey needs to just retire, he has been practicing longer than I've been alive and misdiagnosed my kids chicken pox as being just BED BUGS..... another doctor also fed my kid expired formula. SO glad for Martins Point taking on all my kids.
