Truly exceptional customer service. I was driving from Boston suburbs up north to ski and my bumper came loose and was flapping back and forth. Pulled off the highway immediately. Midway was first car repair that came up - extremely fortunate it was. I can't think of a car place I got better service from in 30+ years. Came out immediately to take a look, took it in the shop and repaired it, and got me on the way.
