Midway Collision Center did an incredible job fixing my car. Communication with Bob was excellent and they kept me up to date at all times. The customer service was second to none and they dealt with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional experience.
I never leave reviews for companies but thought it was necessary for Midway. From start to finish, they kept constant communication through text which is very convenient. Using all factory parts, the job was done in an exceptional amount of time and they even took some of the costs off. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Job well done!
Truly exceptional customer service. I was driving from Boston suburbs up north to ski and my bumper came loose and was flapping back and forth. Pulled off the highway immediately. Midway was first car repair that came up - extremely fortunate it was. I can't think of a car place I got better service from in 30+ years. Came out immediately to take a look, took it in the shop and repaired it, and got me on the way. Midway did an excellent job with our totaled car. The worked with us to get it salvaged and did an excellent job on the repairs for a fair price.
