My Volvo was hit in the parking lot where I work. Midway negotiated beautifully with their insurance company. They got me right in for an estimate and repairs followed quickly. My car looks good as new. I am Type A, and Midway far exceeded my expectations. Logan was the technician who completed the repairs. Job well done!
Midway Collision Center did an incredible job fixing my car. Communication with Bob was excellent and they kept me up to date at all times. The customer service was second to none and they dealt with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them. Exceptional experience.
I never leave reviews for companies but thought it was necessary for Midway. From start to finish, they kept constant communication through text which is very convenient. Using all factory parts, the job was done in an exceptional amount of time and they even took some of the costs off. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Job well done!
Truly exceptional customer service. I was driving from Boston suburbs up north to ski and my bumper came loose and was flapping back and forth. Pulled off the highway immediately. Midway was first car repair that came up - extremely fortunate it was. I can't think of a car place I got better service from in 30+ years.
