I had never had a problem for my kids urgent care in this facility until today with the young man at registration. If you are not able to verify an insurance on the provider portal why take the seat at registration desk. For me to even tell him to call the provider service phone number in the back of the card for the automated service to read the eligibility and his response to be “it’s Sunday” I have an 18 month baby on my arms and a 4 yr old on my side with fever vomit and diarrhea. Amazing team! They were all so caring and went above and beyond!
Had a horrible experience at that place earlier this year, we were too sick to remember to leave a review so here it goes. My husband and I went in late one night with severe throat pain unable to speak much and concerned we had strep. We were placed in separate rooms. The lady PA yelled at my husband and dismissed his concerns and request for strep test. This urgent care was amazing. I was there last night, 3/25/25 around 9:30 pm, and my daughter was seen immediately. She was very nervous and anxious but the nurse, the X-ray technician, and Ms. Dorys were very calming and helped her relax. Even the gentleman at the receptionist desk who registered us was efficient. I had to ask Ms. Dorys where she practices but she said only there. Remember me, Ms. Dorys! You have patients who will follow you!
Urgent care only if you get here hours before closing! Didn’t receive my disabled son running a 104 fever got here at 7:20 pm doors were open closing time states 8:00 pm …make sure your emergency happens earlier! Parking lot was empty no patients in sight “we still have patients here by the time we’re done it will be 8” literally heard giggles and laughter in the background…ok thank you walked out- Feb 8 2025. Please find another urgent care center if you are ever in need no sense of urgency or care whatsoever here.
