RecommendedHad an amazing emergency room experience which a lot of people find as a rarity. ER team is wonderful. I had Amanda as my nurse in the beginning. She was great then Lisa took over when they switch shifts. She was absolutely phenomenal. Walked me through everything & was extremely caring. Made me feel at ease & kept me up to date. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY PEOPLE OF COLOR! Especially woman! My friend has been denied proper care after dealing with a pregnancy where SHE CAN NOT KEEP HER FOOD DOWN! Upon her entering the ER, they also placed her in a bed next to a COVID PATIENT! Which a nurse had to remove her from that station into another! Then they also refused to help her with condition when she kept asking for help! You all should be ashamed of yourselves to see that the current climate black women in hospitals are facing just to turn ... read more

Horrible, misinformation in ER. A few years ago a friend went in for abdominal cat scan and the PA on duty told him everything was ok . He was so relieved . Next day he decided to look over hospital release paperwork and share with his regular internist . Turns out the paperwork showed there was a small lung nodule seen on cat scan and the PA NEVER mentioned it to him . If he did not read paperwork himself he never would have known . And yes he followed up with pulmonologist and it was LUNG CANCER . This is the kind of care ... read more
Recommendedi was given the best care today..i was rushed to the hospital after a bike fall..i had a gash that was attended to immediately and given antibiotics and a tetanus shot to avoid infection..excellent care by the wonderful nursing staff..thankyou so much
Lenox Hill Hospital lost my wallet, driver's license; credit and bank cards, metrocard, cash and keys. It's been 2 months since the loss occurred.
