Why does your facebook page hours, your own website hours AND the voicemail for mt sinai office ALL say your open till 8pm on Fridays And yet I’ve been calling since 5:30 and the message says your closed? I sat on hold for 15 minutes at mt sinai phone number and finally gave up. Then i called your answering service and she said they leave when they are done. Then don’t say your open till 8!!!! Its incredibly misleading

Good practice but will be leaving due to certain doctors. Stay away from the whole practice just to avoid Dr Hofilena. How he became a children’s Dr is beyond me. Zero human interaction skills and does not care about you at all just what he read in a book. Not to mention completely arrogant . It’s a shame one Dr can ruin a whole practice and from what I read about him on plenty of review sites he is doing a great job at ruining this one.

Good Doctors, unfortunately, the staff is poorly trained in regards to maintaining a good customer service. In numerous occasions, nurses talked among themselves and did not even make eye contact while I waited. I felt like I bothered them almost every time I needed their assistance. The majority of the staff were not helpful or friendly. They also cancelled one of my appointments without previously notifying me. So happy you guys have late night hours! Was able to get an appt tonight within an hour of calling. It’s such a comfort we can go to an office that knows us and has the kids history rather then a walk in clinic.
