Mid State has tackled the replacement of a very old 3T unit with a new 3.5T AC/Heater unit. Maintenance of our MasterCool swamp cooler is also being done by them. After being home for 15 minutes I was actually a bit chilly.. Thermostat was at 76. We've bumped it up to 78! They showed up when scheduled, finished much earlier than expected and pushing to finish with unexpected challenges to bring us up to code with power on the roof to support both units.
