This company should be reprimanded and even shut down. They failed to inspect or house that had a tenant of 12 years for a leaking roof that cause extreme levels of toxic black mold to grow. The tenant and his kids are now having health issues because of it and are being kicked out the house so the house can be sold. The landlord is covering up the black mold and intending to sell the property to another lucky buyer. Beware and do your research before walking through their front door.
I'm not sure about MidState in the past, but I'm sure about today. The staff and owners have extended themselves in an understanding that I never would have expected. They are a company owned by family that (even when they experienced a loss in their family) strives to be fare. When a problem occured, they promptly fixed it showing that their family cared for mine. Thank you MidState
