I went to Dr. Bramlett with a specific concern and request for a new insert. He didn't listen to what I wanted and made me inserts that were very expensive and aggravate my foot problem. Instead of helping it got worse. Then when I tried to have them adjusted, there was no guarantee that they wouldn't charge me even more! I decided to cut my losses. I couldn't believe they wouldn't work with me to make an adjustment without charging me even more. I was very disappointed with the practice.
