Just wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to this vet! She has never met me, I've never paid her a dime yet she took the time out of her busy day to return my phone call about Daisy. She spent 45 minutes on the phone with me educating me on Heaves/COPD/Asthma in horses, Daisy's symptoms, feed and treatment given. I cannot give her a better payment than my word of mouth advertising. :)
Dr. Mrad, Jackie and everyone else who took care of my horse are amazing. They saved his life. It's a beautiful facility and everyone there is so kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable, even at 3:00 am when we arrived. I got daily updates and was able to visit him every day as well. I am so grateful they are there!
We can not thank Dr. Mrad for all she has done for our horses, and the compassion she shows ! If you are looking for a Vet for your horses she is is the one you want !
The staff at Mid-Rivers, especially Dr. Mrad, are wonderful. We've unfortunately had to have 2 horses euthanized at Mid-Rivers this year. Dr. Mrad was absolutely great in both circumstances, providing comfort and reassurance and supporting our staff as they made difficult decisions. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
You will get expert care and compassion from the whole staff. Dr Hartman is the very best!
We had to take out mare there this morning. Unfortunately she had to be euthanized. The folks there were so sweet and did all they could. We are very thankful for them and what they did for us.
