I would like to write a review for anyone out searching for a car. I was 19 when I first purchased my first vehicle on my own. Don't ever buy the service packaged offered. You will then be stuck going there and wasting your time. Made an appointment for an oil change and took over two hours. Had I known I would of made other arrangements but when you tell me the wait is only 45 minutes (which why that long when an appointment is made) I figured I would stick it out. Worst sevice department ever since the new ownership.
Will not do business based on the worst, most annoying commercial starring Wally Darwish! It's idiotic and immature of you to subject people to this crap! What made you think this commercial was a great idea! I rather listen to Justin Bieber for 4 hours than watch your commercial once!
Can't even get anyone to answer the phone in the service department. Again. EVERY TIME I deal with this service department I have issues with them. And EVERY TIME I get the same old sob story about how they are in transition, trying to improve, yada, yada, yada. I love my 2015 Cherokee but the service department can take a long walk off a short pier for all I care.
I cannot thank Napleton enough for getting me out of my newly purchased trouble car and into a Grand Cherokee!! It was a rough 2 months but they went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough!! They kept in touch with me and were so very patient. Thanks Gary Riggs, Lou Goldstein, and your crew!
I purchased a Jeep Trailhawk from these guys a little over a year ago. It instantly had GPS issues and it has been back 5 times for the same thing. They just had my car for 2 days and yet again the craziness is back. While everyone has been polite and understanding about my frustrations the lack of ability to service their own vehicle is outrageous. $40k for a vehicle and I'm still messing with the same issues.
