professional and efficient
Our experience during our first visit went very well, more than we expect.. The receptionists helped us filled up the necessary documents for record purposes. They were very polite and made us feel comfortable. The dental hygienist, Jenifer knew her job very well and did it exceptionally well. We have a casual conversation like we have known each other for sometime. I have only a few minuteS with Dr. Simson and would like to know more bout him concerning his practice someday. Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Kristin Henson was an excellent dental assistant. Her cleaning of my teeth was thorough, yet gentle and she also happily answered all my questions. I like and appreciate the new waiting room and the modernization of the patient rooms. Nice place!
I am very happy with the whole process. Dustin is very professional and easy to talk to. The whole staff was wonderful and I am pleased with my new crown.
