I had a water line break in my basement which caused my basement to have water damage. I called Mid Ohio Water and Restoration and Guy Mitchell was out the very next day to assess the damage. He explained all findings very thoroughly and was able to get the basement dried out within a few days. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very polite, professional, and reasonable price. Thanks again!

I woke up to 4 inches of water in my basement on a Sunday morning. Guy and his team responded to my call and started cleanup within a couple of hours. Guy was helpful and helped guide me through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you have a similar minor disaster happen!

Guy was responsive in coming out to look at our house for mold remediation. I could tell by the way he talked about the project that he didn’t really want to do it but he said he’d provide an estimate. It’s been over a month and we never heard from him again. No calls or emails, but that didn’t stop him from cashing the check we gave him to come out and give an estimate. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere if you think you have a difficult or large project.

Guy and his team were able to respond very quickly in our emergency situation. They were fast, efficient and thorough. Got our situation fixed and cleaned up like it never happened. Communication throughout the entire process was great. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!
