We got three estimates for mold removal in our basement — one for $10,000, another for $2,000, and a third for $4,000 from Guy the company we ultimately chose. We discussed the process and what would be done to remove both visible and hidden mold. On the day of the mold removal, we were surprised at how little time was spent on the job — less than 10 hours total — for a $4,000 project. I had a water line break in my basement which caused my basement to have water damage. I called Mid Ohio Water and Restoration and Guy Mitchell was out the very next day to assess the damage. He explained all findings very thoroughly and was able to get the basement dried out within a few days. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very polite, professional, and reasonable price.
