Don’t waste your time here! I made an appointment two weeks ago, even confirmed it again yesterday, told her exactly what I was looking for and walk in today and they’re totally unprepared, disorganized and full of excuses like usual! This is NOT the first time this has happened here. If you want a company that cares about the customer, go elsewhere!

I had a solitaire princess cut engagement ring on a very thin band that I wasn't sure what I wanted to turn it into,but I knew I wanted something that was different. So I worked with Heather on design and what I wanted. Well the results were beautiful! Heather did a wonderful job on making sure it was nothing but beautiful! She cares about her customers,so if you are looking for custom work or just to buy jewelry,they are worth it!!! Thank you Heather and I will be back for the wedding band design next!!!
Took in my morganite stone to have put into a setting. Sooooo in LOVE with the results! Heather helped navigate through the process so well. It went from ordering a setting to having to do a custom order because of the depth of the stone. She knew the look I was looking for and the results are better than I imagined!! BEAUTIFUL ❤️
The best thing about working with Heather is that she actually cares. She listened to me when designing my custom wedding bands and did an amazing job bringing my vision to life.
