To be completely honest I have to say I thought I had bought a complete disaster. Went in in November whilst hubs was off hunting and looked at and financed a 2017 Can Am HD8 XT side by side.(took a little heat from hubster) Got it home and wa as so excited to take for a spin that i was driving around the pasture and stopped to pick something up and the dang thing quit! Great customer service! Bought my husband a new yamaha and everything went fast and smooth thanks to Wayne . the parts manager Jeff was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. We will be back when we are ready to get a jet ski. :)
Friendly staff, great selection. This is a wonderful shop to have locally in Hood River. While it’s important to buy local, and work with others who live and reside in the same town, it’s even better when the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the shop is clean and well organized. Think twice before driving to Portland to shop.
Please educate your shop employees on how to properly assemble your motorcycles. Both of our brand new Bolts front fenders are on backwards along with the one you have on the show floor now. Also, please educate your shop employees on how to EXTEND cables on a new handlebar install. Also educate them on how to route everything. Less then 2,000 miles and the throttle cable broke because your employee uneducated negligence. I will add that your parts guy is very knowledgeable.
In my opinion no stars. Took my four-wheeler in for repairs, it took five trips back and forth to come up with a fix. Before the trouble I had no trouble starting the four weather even in cold weather. The last trip they returned it in the evening in cold and snow weather. The four-wheeler was unloaded and put in the garage it did start but it was because of a warm engine. Several days later I brought it out and tried to start it. Well oiled dealer with good sales people who work closely with you. The 72" wheel stance combined with the 24" Fox suspension makes this one amazing machine!

Shout out to Wayne and the crew, definitely got me set up today. These are great guys to work with helped out with a good financing plan and although the gear selection on hand is a little lean they have a huge catalog to order from and will ship your order to you. Definitely recommend this place, it is well worth the drive and they take care of you. I spent many years dealing with the big Portland shops, yes they are convenient but do not compare in customer service. THANKS GUYS, It was great doing business here!!
