I have been here since around 3 pm. My father is very ill and barely had anything to eat in pat 2 days because of it. He has been given nothing here, not even water. We have asked, me 25 mins ago and my sister did 10 mins ago. Was told they are working on it. I have observed 17 people laugh and talk while patients wait. It is the epitomy of ignorance, not to mention, down right unprofessional. Will be making formal complaint first thing Monday. It's been rough the past year with billing (not only their fault, insurance as well) but a big shout out to Christie in the billing dept for going through every bill and every account with me this morning to make sure everything was correct and taken care of! I gave her a challenge for a first thing Monday morning and she handled it amazingly! Thank you!!!
Dr. Bennet has got to be one of the best doctors I've seen in the er, just as much as he'll listen to you, he knows exactly what to say. I can't express how thankful I am to have had you as a doctor in the er!
