Went there for stomach issues, gave the attending physician (Dr. Bennett) a complete rundown, along with the fact that I don't have a gall bladder any more. So, he prescribed some gizmo from an outfit called iRHYTHM to monitor my heart for the next ten days. This was never about my heart, and he never mentioned possible heart issues to me, at all. This facility is clean, incredibly staffed in today's healthcare and filled with kind, compassionate caregivers/professionals. My wife had a 3 day stay with sepsis after a kidney stone and I was so thankful we got transferred here. So blessed to have been sent to Midcoast
The one star is being generous at the moment. I know it isn’t the hospitals fault that workers today are just lazy. But if the receptionist was slightly more ambitious then the nursing and other medical staff might have more time to care for patients.
