Working with Jon and Jack, made my experience of buying my new Honda, amazing!!! It made me realize that buying locally makes all the difference! I got everything I wanted in my new vehicle plus more due to their hard work and professionalism! Working with Kim in finance made the experience smooth and easy. I understood everything from start to finish. I highly recommend Mid City Motor World to everyone.
Our families have been going here for years and I just walked away with the most beautiful 2025 Toyota RAV4 xse hybrid. We look forward to returning in a few years when our oldest are ready for their first new cars. Huge thank you to Jon the sales manager for being so amazing this time around
Edit to add that mid city took the car back, wiped me clean of it and will be getting me into a new one. He gave me a car to barrow in the meantime. A huge thank you to the sales manager Jon for taking care of this!! ☺️ I am a multiple time returning costumer ( so are family members) at mid city and this most recent experience has me sick to my stomach and in tears. I went car shopping with my partner not really knowing exactly what I wanted but knew what I needed , David Barsuglia was there to help every step of the way, he kept my wants and budget in mind .
