Called 3 days ago to make an appointment to get the timing belt changed on my Honda Pilot. The lady took all my information and said they were short handed but would have someone call me back. Never got a call. Won’t go there now if they call. They need to handle business. Service SUCKS!

Toyota has limited electric plug-in cars now, we are looking for cutting edge electric cars. However the attentive staff was friendly and interactive. The service department is OK.
Took almost 3 months to get warranty AC work done. Called every 2 weeks and was always told “should get you in by the end of the week” for 3 months until I receive a letter in the mail to make my appointment (NOT A PHONE CALL LIKE I WAS TOLD) … 3 MONTHS, PRETTY MUCH ALL SUMMER WITH NO AC
