Was on a road trip when my new Toyota started making a strange suspension noise. This was odd for a car with only 5,000 miles and I was very far from home! Mid city got me an appointment the next day. Ryan my service advisor worked with me to get my car in first thing in the morning so we could get home to Utah. Though the floor was short staffed, making the process take several hours—the staff was great and made the wait tolerable.
