I had this company water proof my basement, needless to say I end up with more water issues after they came. Did not honored their guarantee and obviously did not get back the thousands of dollars we paid for their service. Even the BBB was involved and nothing was ruled for us. We just got cheated out of our money, and to think people will do something like that to you in the USA. What were we thinking?

I have an u finished basement that I wanted to convert to more living space for my growing family. I was assured that Mid Atlantic is the best, after all they did the Statue of Liberty. Since 2018, when work was done, I still get work and the work that was done is sloppy. Looks like I did it. I’m told that the office has had issues with management positions, which has been a revolving door of new people.
