9:30 appointment, arrived 9:15. Questioned why I hadn't been called at 10;05 after watching people come in after me. I questioned the receptionist and she replied, we are a "specialist " . My question, after being here three times, is why I haven't had to wait before. And what kind of reply is that?
Well sI must the kindness and professionalism was appreciated My appointment was rescheduled a bit disappointing and understandable. I want to return I am allowed to ask questions. And I was encouraged to ask more.
My experience was nothing short of fabulous. Every person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was evident everyone liked their job and co-workers. It was also a very clean, aesthetically appealing office. I would highly recommend the practice - check-in to check-out and everything in between.
This office was absolutly wonderful. I have not had such warming and welcoming actions from an office in quite some time. It was clean beyond standards and the staff was more on the ball than I could have ever imagined. Please continue your amazing service. I will be back and will gladly recommend anyone needing services!!
