Here is why I gave a 1 star. Today July 21st 2025. My mother had an appointment at this location with Dr. Karen (not sure if that’s the correct spelling. My mother appointment was at 8am. As soon as we entered the office I told my senior mother she can have a seat while I wait in line. Once it was my turn to check my mother in for her appointment, I started with a “good morning” and the first thing the receptionist said was “insurance and ID please” not good morning not even a simple “Hello”.
