They refused me treatment for a ongoing problem only because of over charges co payment. Instead of my $20.00 copay the receptionist tried to con me into paying $189.00 so I was told I could not make payments because it’s there policy to pay in full regardless of my eye sight health and care which I may lose my eye sight
My elder dad had an appointment. The front desk had several staff, no one greeted us. We asked what to do, a receptionist said, “sign in and we’ll call you.” One hour later we’re still sitting waiting. We finally approach front desk and they look a letter they sent and tell us we’re in the wrong suite!!! So we go through it all again in another suite. The customer service, especially the front line staff need better supervision and training.
