Doctors are top notch. However, office staff is lack luster!! Elderly patients are herded. They are not helped with assisting devices. Staff speak in low tones after being told CONTINUALLY that patient is hard of hearing!!! Covid restrictions have made matters worse! I have been a nurse for 45 years and I am completely dissatisfied with office staff!!
“My Mom turned 100 this past January and has been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for over 6 years. Because of his care and the Lucentis injections, she is still able to see to knit and crochet baby blankets, read large print books, fill in a large print crossword puzzle book each month, enjoy our large family and TV and play scrabble with me!”🥰🥰🥰

Like other reviewers I was also informed, only upon arrival at the Bethlehem office for my appointment, that I must pay all potential insurance deductible charges up front or I would not be able to see the doctor. This is given as “our policy.” As most of the health insured world knows, this is not how health insurance is supposed to work. I left the office without receiving care. It seems that the #1 priority of this office is payment while the #2 priority is the health and well being of their patients
