Today was my first and last time there. Dr. Kenneth Klein was out right rude! When he asked me why I was there and I told him. He said to me " I can't take care of all of that". He asked me and I told him. His response was very unprofessional!! Why else would I go to a doctor but to get help. He was referred to me by my doctor, poor choice!! Horrible! He needs to realize that people have options, if it was not for your patients you would not make money. Learn to be kinder and listen to you patients. 😡
RecommendedMy first encounter was a little rough, there was a terrible tension present. However, after speaking to the staff and seeing Dr. Klein, the demeanor changed. Not sure what happened that day but I've had nothing but positive encounters since. Dr. Kenneth Klein performed my knee arthroscopy a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Very Rude Staff, I wish I know before I waste my time and go there, one and only visit, help yourself and find another place.
Great friendly accommodating office staff. Dr.Richard Klein is miracle worker with my back. Takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough and genuine.
