Living near Lincoln Plaza (owned by Mid America Realty) at 16th and Peoria, which backs to a neighborhood behind, is awful. They refuse to maintain their property especially the trash dumpster area and trash freely blows all over the neighborhood while they refuse to clean it up. It used to have a fence surrounding it but it has become so dilapidated with gate doors falling off and trash blowing everywhere. I wouldn’t rent a garden shed from them.
