I was so lucky to find Mid-America Properties when I first moved down here! Alicia is an excellent landlord and I would recommend her to anyone. If you're looking to rent off campus, check them out. You won't be disappointed!

PITT STATE STUDENTS: if you are ever searching for a place to live off campus you should definitely go to Mid-America Properties on Broadway. John is the property manager and he has been incredible to rent from. If I ever had any problems they were fixed either later that same day or the next morning. He follows all Kansas State laws and tells you up front about everything. Great company to rent from! Best renting experience I've ever had!
