I can honestly say that Mid America stays on top of their properties. You guys are amazing.
Wonderful people to rent from, John always gets back to you in a timely matter and if anything needs fixed he makes sure it gets fixed quickly hes very personable and reliable :)
Don't rent from Mid America properties or John Elkins unless you want your deposit and property stollen. I rented a house from John and left it in great shape, I even changed out every light bulb to his satisfaction in order to get my deposit back like he said. After all that he did not give me my $1,400 deposit back and my trampoline in the backyard came up missing. He will be facing a theft charges along with a civil suit!
My husband and I rented for 2 years from Mid-America while attending PItt State. John was an excellent landlord! We had 2 small plumbing issues while renting and John was there the same day we called, and had them fixed by the next day each time! It was a great renting experience, and we recommend Mid-America Properties to anyone, especially students.
