I was told to come in early to do paperwork and get checked in. My appointment was scheduled for 130. I was there by 1245 and completed what was asked. Nurse came and got me to go back at 1 . Put me in a exam room at 115 and said dr would be right in. By 2 no dr or nurse. No one came in to tell me that the dr was running late or anything. Sometimes I have to wait a bit, but the care received is well worth the wait. I've been a patient of Dr. Morgan for nearly 4 years now. He's performed 4 surgeries on me. Two of which had to be done with only a couple days notice due to severity. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and shows genuine concern for his patients. He also allows the patient to have a say in their procedures or treatment plans. I Thank God for this Clinic, went there for the first time few years ago and Dr. Do is the best surgeon there is, had a shoulders surgeries and he did an outstanding job, the physical therapists are amazing and the entire staff as well. Went yesterday and it was like the last times I went it was an excellent experience. Thank you Mid America Orthopedics
Doctor is nice but you seriously have to wait forever. I show up 10min early for an appointment, get taken back 20 min after my appointment time, then wait in exam room 30 to be seen. It's ridiculous. They are scheduling 6 patients to be seen in a 30 min time period (I asked) and then making everyone wait. This has happened the last 4 times I've been here to some degree, with me waiting at least 30 min to an hour each time. I'm over it.
I had horrible experience you never see the operating surgeon Dr. Barhgava on RTKR 6 week follow up . You see the ARNP Jared Friesien and he is not educated and misdiagnosed me.Told me at my six weeks post op check up that both my hips need replaced also . I was devasted as anyone would be , in 14 months I had just had 3 surgeries and 2 was TNR .Been over two months later I guess Dr. B decides to look at my x-rays and says it's not needed that his ARNP must've been looking at the wrong x ray . First time going to this office. Got in and out quick.
Seriously. Not everyone has 2 hours to wait. Some people have to work and have to leave work to make it to these appointments. I was on time for my appointment. It is not my fault the doctor is "running a little behind". This is beyond frustrating. I could have finished my day at work and still been here before the doctor for my appointment. I do not think I will be coming back to the derby location.
