RecommendedThe staff is VERY FRIENDLY. My only complaint is the check in process. Sometimes I stand there forever not being acknowledged. I understand they are busy but just a little eye contact would be GREAT. ( They all are very nice when you do get your turn!!). PT STAFF is EXCELLENT. Kelly and Lee are really there for THE PATIENT. I’m very happy with my care at Mid-West!!

It's been a while so cannot remember exact dates but went in for an appointment with Dr Jon Morgan with a very infected toenail he did not give me antibiotics and he just said it looked pretty narly and removed the nail I ended up back in there a week later because it was swollen beat red and throbbing he said it wasn't infected and swollen and it would heal from the procedure but take a while and once again i was told no antibiotics but I told him he was giving me antibiotics and I wouldn't return to his office i waited an ... read more
Dr. Cayme is awesome, the people in billing not so much..i was refused medical care over $55 by the billing people. So now I have to go elsewhere and start all over again with a new doctor. I’ve paid everything other than this and I think it’s BS to put it nicely
